Ingredients
For 8 people
4 ounce(s) self- raising flour
4 ounce(s) plain flour
36 teaspoon(s) sugar
12 tablespoon(s) butter
3eggs
3 teaspoon(s) mixed spice
3 tablespoon(s) orange rind, grated
2 tablespoon(s) lemon rind, grated
1/8 cup(s) almonds, chopped
8 ounce(s) mixed currants, sultanas and raisins
2 ounce(s) candied peel
2 tablespoon(s) marmalade
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees and lightly grease 8-inch cake pan.
Cream butter and sugar together until light.
Add eggs and mix well.
Stir in flour, grated lemon and orange rind, and mixed spice.
